Prepare to Push

Heirloom's very own licensed midwife recently earned her certification as a Core Confidence Specialist and is ready to teach Prepare to Push! This childbirth education course is beneficial for women at any stage of pregnancy or the postpartum period.  Crafted by Kim Vopni, aka "The Vagina Coach," boasts that Prepare to Push will teach you everything your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles want to know about pregnancy and childbirth! 

"Have you given any thought to your pelvic floor and how you can prepare it for birth? Perhaps you have been told to 'do your kegels' but you aren't sure why or how to do them?The pelvic floor is responsible for A LOT and it is facing some pretty significant changes in pregnancy. You are in an amazing position to arm yourself with knowledge now so you can be truly prepared for birth and your postpartum recovery."

Join our small group in-person class Thursday, October 7th at 12:00. After the class you will have lifetime access to Core Confidence materials and a special 28-day "Birth Like a Boss" prenatal fitness program online to truly prepare you to push.

If you choose to bill your health insurance benefits for this class, you will meet with our midwife, have your viitals recorded, and listen to your baby. Your co-pay will be just $25.
